|Application ||WB, IHC-P, E|
|Other Names||Mitogen-activated protein kinase 4; Mitogen-activated protein kinase 4, isoform CRA_a; MAPK4|
|Target/Specificity||This MAPK4 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 72-101 amino acids from the N-terminal region of human MAPK4.|
|Format||Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is prepared by Saturated Ammonium Sulfate (SAS) precipitation followed by dialysis against PBS.|

|Precautions||MAPK4 Antibody (N-term) is for research use only and not for use in diagnostic or therapeutic procedures.|
Provided below are standard protocols that you may find useful for product applications.
Mitogen-activated protein kinase 4 is a member of the mitogen-activated protein kinase family. Tyrosine kinase growth factor receptors activate mitogen-activated protein kinases which then translocate into the nucleus where it phosphorylates nuclear targets.
