|Application ||WB, FC, E|
|Calculated MW||36338 Da|
|Other Names||WD repeat-containing protein 5B, WDR5B|
|Target/Specificity||This WDR5B antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 58-85 amino acids from the N-terminal region of human WDR5B.|
|Format||Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.|
|Storage||Maintain refrigerated at 2-8°C for up to 2 weeks. For long term storage store at -20°C in small aliquots to prevent freeze-thaw cycles.|
|Precautions||WDR5B Antibody (N-term) is for research use only and not for use in diagnostic or therapeutic procedures.|
|Function||May function as a substrate receptor for CUL4-DDB1 ubiquitin E3 ligase complex.|
Provided below are standard protocols that you may find useful for product applications.
This intronless gene encodes a protein containing several WD40 repeats. WD repeats are approximately 30- to 40-amino acid domains containing several conserved residues, including a trp-asp at the C-terminal end. The encoded protein may mediate protein-protein interactions.
